Health & Safety processes personal data belonging to clients, suppliers, employees and other data subjects in accordance with the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018) and ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
We collect only the data necessary to provide our breathalyzer calibration services, issue certificates, handle billing and commercial communications, and comply with legal obligations (INMETRO, the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, eSocial, among others). We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We guarantee data subjects the rights established by the LGPD, such as access, correction, portability and deletion of data. These rights can be exercised by emailing [email protected] (subject: "LGPD – Data Subject Rights").
